It may be 4/20, but there is no slacking off for my tomatoes. I’m catching whiffs of weed wafting in from neighbors and settling around my seedlings. I like the smell, but I am concerned it may lead to my tomatoes developing a more laidback mentality about growing. Can plants get a contact high? The moment they decide to relax, they’ll probably die immediately. Not on my watch. It has taken a lot of discipline for them to get this far. Down to 13 tomato seedlings.
